The Tree Visualisation and Reflection exercise is a gentle guided experience designed to help you slow down, take a breath, and reconnect with yourself, without pressure, expectation, or needing to get anything “right”.
Through a calming visualisation, you’ll imagine yourself as a tree, grounded, supported, and connected to the world around you, followed by a series of simple reflection prompts to help you notice what stood out to you.
You do not need any experience with visualisation, creativity, or art-making.
You do not need to be “good” at it.
This is simply a small pocket of time that is yours.
The purpose is not to analyse yourself or force insight, but to gently create space to notice what you might be feeling, needing, or carrying, especially if you are used to brushing those things aside.
