Referrals

Sarah Parker cloud (1000 x 530 px) (1).png

If you know someone who may benefit from a creative, nature-inspired space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves, you’re warmly invited to refer them.

These programmes are designed for women in midlife and beyond who may be feeling stuck, in transition, or quietly questioning what comes next. Through simple creative processes and connection with the natural world, participants are supported to explore their inner landscape in a way that doesn’t rely on having the “right words”.

Art therapy can sit alongside other kinds of support, or offer an alternative for those who find traditional approaches less accessible. It can also provide a gentle, held space for those moving on from more intensive support and looking to stay connected to themselves within a small, supportive group or individual programme.

Please not these programmes are not suited for those in crisis, or for anyone looking to process trauma.

If you’d like to refer someone, please complete my contact form and include:
Their name
Their email address
A brief note about why you feel this could support them

I’ll then make contact directly and take things at a pace that feels comfortable for them.

If you are looking for trauma-focused support

My work is centred on creativity, nature, reflection, and personal growth, and I do not offer trauma processing or crisis support. If you are seeking a therapist or practitioner who works specifically with trauma, I am happy to recommend the following professionals.
